This team is responsible for connecting our client to Equity, Forex, Futures, and ETP markets worldwide. What you will do
- Collaborate with senior developers and architects to analyze needs and requirements
- Design and code solutions using Java, considering data structures and threading
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through comprehensive testing and support
- Take ownership of projects from elaboration to delivery, demonstrating the ability to grow in the role
- Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team
What you will need
- Strong communication skills, highly engaged, and self-driven
- Solid experience in Core Java, with knowledge of data structures and threading
- No prior finance or trading experience required
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple direct reports
- Experience in product coaching and ensuring high performance standards
- Effective negotiation, inspiration, and support for stakeholders
- Familiarity with commercial imperatives and underlying commercial models of IG products
