Harrington Starr is working with a leading law company who is currently looking for a talented and bright IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to join their established team. This is a exciting opportunity to work with a company that is looking to expand its team.
As the Service Desk Analyst you will demonstrate an excellent telephone/customer facing manner and a commitment to consistently provide excellent customer service and the best customer experience. You will take responsibility for resolving queries , troubleshooting, escalating to specialists where to appropriate and manage technical relationships within all our users. Champion and promote service improvement on an on-going basis to continually improve quality and user satisfaction. Work with service desk colleagues and local support teams to develop and improve the service.
Single point ownership for effective provision of systems and services
Ensure appropriate SLA’s are met in all IT services
- Windows 7
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013
- MS Office
- Excellent Communication
