IT Support Analyst (Windows 7/8, Exchange, Active Directory, TCP/IP, MS Office, Client Facing)

Salary - £25,000

A global Consultancy is looking for two IT Support Analysts (Windows 7/8, Exchange, Active Directory, TCP/IP, MS Office, Client Facing) to work in their support team, supporting desktop and office based technology solutions surrounding their multi-technology environment.

The successful IT Support Analysts (Windows 7/8, Exchange, Active Directory, TCP/IP, MS Office, Client Facing) will be responsible for liaising with other staff members to ensure quick issue resolution and will be expected to escalate issues where necessary. You will be responsible for providing continual service improvement and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

To be considered for the IT Support Analyst role the following experience is essential:

  • Ability to provide support for the Microsoft environment - Windows 7/8, Office 2007.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
  • This is a client facing role and client interaction is at the core of the business so applicants must be confident, assured and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
