IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst – City of London – Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, Exchange - £30,000

A leading financial services organisation based in the City of London is currently looking to hire an information technology enthusiast, who is looking to build a career within the financial sector. You will be part of the Infrastructure and Operations team providing core IT support to their internal users.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include: providing 1st line support to the trading floor; installing and configuring computer hardware OS and applications; testing and evaluating new technology and supporting the roll-out of new applications and hardware.
