A leading financial services organisation based in the West End is currently looking for a talented and bright IT Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to join their established team.

Day to day responsibilities will include maintaining a help desk function for all users, monitoring and managing call queues, ensuring that you meet agreed SLAs and KPIs and tracking, updating and managing calls to resolution and escalating when needed.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Windows 7
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013
  • MS Office
  • ITIL
  • Excellent Communication
