The Role

The role which is office based in London (Holborn) will involve

  • following-up leads generated through marketing campaigns and from trade shows, meet-ups, inbound marketing and other events; passing qualified opportunities to Direct Sales reps in both London and New York
  • monitoring on-line sales via the portal, identifying and following-up potential higher growth and upsell opportunities
  • dealing with new enquiries and any non-technical customer issues
  • managing contract renewals and preventing customer churn
  • explaining the solution and value prop to potential customers
  • reporting on new sales, churn and other sales and revenue metrics
  • appointment setting for external sales
  • occasionally attending and staffing customer events
