Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and implement our technology solutions within their workflows.
• Manage client relationships, providing expert support and driving satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with our product development team to enhance our software solutions, informed by your insights into our clients' challenges and needs.
• Advocate for our clients within our company, ensuring that our technology roadmap aligns with their evolving requirements.
• Keep abreast of changes in the regulatory environment and guide our clients and our company to adapt effectively.
• Contribute to our sales and marketing efforts by showcasing the unique value of our technology to potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the capital markets sector, with a focus on fund administration or fund accounting.
• Experience with a technology provider that creates and implements fund administration or accounting systems.
• Deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for buy-side firms.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and implement technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable terms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
