Implementation Consultant

My client a leading regulatory vendor is looking for an Implementation Consultant to help the organisation deliver their product to all of its institutional clients across the UK and Europe.

The role would suit someone with prior experience in a Trade Operations / Trade Support / Middle Office role who is looking for a new opportunity to develop their skills in a challenging and dynamic environment. The role will be based in London and would report to the Head of Client Integration

To be considered for the role as an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for the following;

• Managing the onboarding and integration of clients onto the platform.
• Produce meeting agendas and minutes.
• Produce workflow documentation.
• Manage client expectations.
• Operational and data support for regulatory reporting (e.g. transaction reporting, pre and post-trade transparency, commodity position reporting, EMIR, SFTR, SEF)
• Fixing any 1st and 2nd line application software issues.
• Working closely with the Engineering, Pre-Sales and Product teams internally.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will need to have shown working examples of the following skills to ensure your suitability to perform the role;

• Traded asset classes (Rates, FX, derivatives, equities)
• Front office systems and workflows for financial products
• FIX protocol
• Python, Java, and JavaScript work
• Electronic trading platforms
• Knowledge of and experience with Trade order management systems
• IT qualifications, preferably Microsoft/Cisco/Linux qualified
• Ability to provide best practices advice & expertise to clients during the on-boarding process.
