Helpdesk Support Analyst (x4), Dallas, $50,000 up to $65,000 base salary
Our client, a global IT Managed Services Provider focused on the hedge fund industry, has partnered with us in a search for several full-time salaried Helpdesk Support Analysts for their Dallas office to work with their top-tier clients across the US providing Level 1 remote IT support.
The Helpdesk Support Analyst should have at least 3 years’ experience in a helpdesk or remote desktop support role working with Windows, Active Directory, light Windows Server and Exchange administration, network support, and Citrix / VMware / VPN configuration and management.
The Helpdesk Support Analyst will gain extensive experience in client support with high-profile hedge fund clients working in fast-paced situations to resolve or escalate tickets that come in.
