A hugely successful fast growth high frequency trading firm that has grown from strength to strength over the past couple of years is now looking to make a further recruit for a highly talented and technical Helpdesk Support Analyst.

The successful applicant will join an existing team helpdesk/desktop support tam but will be the sole person physically present and responsible for the London team size of 70 (and growing!) in which you will act as the first point of contact for existing internal and external clients (traders and other users).

In order to be considered for the role of the Helpdesk Support Analyst – (Windows, Active Directory, Linux, 1st Line, 2nd Line, VPN, Desktop Support, Software Vendor, Financial Services, London)

the following is important:

  • Previous helpdesk/desktop support experience is ESSENTIAL
  • You will be confident and able to react quickly to support incidents and will have good all round desktop and server support skills.
  • Exposure to a trading environment is preferable
  • Technical capability surrounding Windows and Active Directory is very beneficial
  • Knowledge of Macs is very useful as well as understanding of ITIL, MCP and SAP
