Head of Support London £130,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Harrington Starr are delighted to be working with a leading Fintech based in the heart of London. This exciting business was founded in 2020 and has experienced significant growth in to European and US markets. They are looking to hire a Head of support to help them continue this growth and implement best practice across the business.
The role:
Leading a team of 5 people with the aim to grow the function globally
Managing vendor relationships
Customer connectivity and onboarding
Day to day management of the support function
Trade monitoring and surveillance
Stakeholder management
Experience required:
Knowledge of Fixed Income cash and e-trading, market structure, trading methods and protocols
Strong knowledge of the onboarding life cycle for e-trading venues
Experience working with major vendors (e.g. ION, CRD, Aladdin, Bloomberg)
Experience and understanding of FIX protocols and client connectivity
Experience and understanding of key regulatory aspects of MTF and ATS regimes including
MIFID II, MAR and regulatory compliance requirements under the FCA and major European regulators
