Our client is a multi-national powerhouse of a software vendor providing a number of software solutions to the investment banking industry.

They have built a reputation for exceptional delivery of their products and are looking to continue their industry leading expansion with the addition of a Head of Services for their London office.

You will be running a European team of around 70 (via both direct and indirect reports) covering Professional Services, Implementation, Consulting etc) and will take responsibility for linking the various teams in the service organisation with both the senior management function and the clients.

The role will require the successful Head of Services to take full PnL responsibility and to develop & deliver a demonstrably excellent Services function incorporating customer satisfaction, project delivery and consulting.

In addition to this, a large part of the role will involve high level strategic partnership with the sales function to drive, forecast and deliver on the regions revenue targets.


To be considered for this senior Head of Services position you must be able to clearly demonstrate experience of matrix management of teams in excess of 50 across multiple locations and functions.

In addition to this, you will have a strong background in the Financial Services / FinTech space and will have taken responsibility for developing strategic plans for improvement of delivery and services.
