One of the oldest and most prestigious financial services company based in London are seeking a Cyber Security Training and Awareness Senior Manager.
Brief Day to Day Responsibilities of the role:
- Deliver to a risk-based information security awareness and culture plan in collaboration with cyber security leaders and team members across business lines.
- Managing a team of two Analysts
- Monitor and identify the top human risks
- Help structure and maintain the cyber culture and awareness programme to be long term
- Ensure the programme engages employees and contractors by using interactive and innovative learning experiences.
- Demonstrate training and awareness efficiency by establishing a metrics programme working closely with the data insights team.
- Run the awareness teams shared mailbox, responding to all queries from staff on cyber training and awareness matters.
- Manage relationships with all security awareness vendors as needed.
- Stakeholder management
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with a high drive for results
- The ability to perform in high performance environments, prioritize workflows, meet targets and call out when appropriate
- Very Strong communications skills
- Excellent creative and visual skills including web, graphic, print and slide design
- Experience with innovative, modern, digital training channels and approaches
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential and sensitive information
- Some experience in clearly explaining sophisticated information security concepts and technologies for both technical and non-technical audiences
The salary for this role can go up to £95k plus a 20% bonus plus lots of other benefits.
