A new player offering Network Connectivity, Security and SaaS solutions is seeking a Sales leader to manage and grow their UK Sales division.

As technology continues to advance, my client is very focused on staying at the forefront of the Digital age and to bring on like-minded superstars to engage and retain their existing Enterprise Customers. 

You will be responsible in being a player manager and also recruiting a team of sales execs to take the business further.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience managing and motivating a sales team
  • Enterprise Account Management and new business experience  
  • Sales trained with strong methodology (e.g.SPIN or Miller Heiman training)
  • Able to recruit, train and manage sales teams
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts 
  • Experience in selling Complex Deals in Digital Transformation (Software Defined Network Services, Security, IoT, Cloud Services, Unified Communications, Managed LAN etc.
