Job description

Our client is a hugely ambitious B2B SaaS company, providing BI and performance management technology to the global recruitment industry. They focus on providing true value and insight into what the data and statistics mean, which in-turn helps their clients improve efficiency, performance and grow revenues.

The Role

Due to dynamic growth and further investment into the business, they are now looking for a Head of Sales to scale the business and take it into the next level of growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the whole sales team structure; inside sales, field sales and enterprise sales
  • Focused on recruiting and hiring the right talent to help continue scaling the business
  • Process driven and structured approach to delivering against team targets and growth milestones
  • Attending important client meetings along with sales team


  • Successful sales career background within the B2B SaaS sector
  • Experience of successfully managing and leading a sales team within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience of the recruitment, staffing or HR Tech sector advantageous
  • Successfully recruited, grown and developed a sales team
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and team work skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and an ability to implement it
  • Languages are a bonus
