The company

A leading provider of regulatory solutions to buy and sell-side firms globally is looking to recruit a Head of Sales in London. Their SaaS platform supports a range of regulatory mandates across multiple jurisdictions and they are in the prime position to scale up on the back of a 100+ strong client base.

The role

  • Build and manage a sales team in London – currently there are 2 salespeople in the London team
  • Manage your own sales and team quota initially ensuring targets are met
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive sale strategy
  • Provide regular pipeline and sales updates to the CEO
  • Set and monitor KPIs
  • Represent or organise representation at industry and networking events


  • Experience managing a sales team at a smaller vendor
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Book of CISO contacts
  • Knowledge of the regulatory/compliance landscape
