Head of Sales- Amsterdam
This is a Management position, reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer from a Sales perspective and to the Chief Business Officer from an Amsterdam Office perspective
The Company: My client is the world's first fully regulated, DLT-enabled trading platform for corporate bonds.
Day-to-Day management of the Amsterdam office
Grow overall volumes on the companies ecosystem, to meet and exceed the annual growth
target. This will involve regular client contact, ensuring users understand and can navigate
around our trading UI aiding seamless order entry and trade execution.
Account management functions such as monthly feedback and reporting to ensure clients
are fully optimising their experience.
Establish and maintain credibility, respect and levels of customer service that consistently
exceed the expectations of the customer.
Provide clear and timely product and market feedback to sales and product development.
Be involved in new sales pitches and presentations across Europe and UK.
5+ years working in financial markets, preferably within Fixed Income markets in a client-
Ideally previously worked at a Fixed Income electronic venue
A strong teammate, proactive and objective-oriented. A very high level of attention to detail
is essential in delivering excellence to client segments.
Be conversant with current industry developments and corporate bond trading issues.
Existing client relationships within the FI market in Europe would be beneficial.
Technology-literate particularly in relation to electronic trading.
Dutch speaker preferred
