Job Description:
The company are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead a team and help achieve the ambitious growth goals. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. You will oversee a large team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with our company values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with our company vision and values
  • Manage and mentor a large team of customer success managers and specialists
  • Oversee customer onboarding, training, and support, ensuring our customers get the most value from our platform
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify customer needs and opportunities for product improvement
  • Identify and implement best practices for customer engagement, including customer outreach, events, and other activities
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience with real estate technology, property management, or related industries is a plus
