My client is dedicated to enabling businesses to reduce time to revenue and cost inefficiencies through intelligent process automation of risk-based customer onboarding, screening and pKYC.

Overview:
- Managing accounts directly, developing strategies for winning new business from existing clients
- Creating plans for retaining current customers.
- Managing teams of account managers who are responsible for servicing accounts within specific industries/markets
- Communicating regularly with senior management about projects or opportunities for new business
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively reach target demographics
- Reviewing reports to identify patterns in consumer behaviour, purchasing trends, and competitor activity within the industry
- Managing client accounts to ensure that they are satisfied with the level of service they are receiving

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with the products and services they receive, and that their needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust plans accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare reports for upper management detailing account status, growth opportunities, and areas of improvement
  • Train and mentor account managers on best practices, industry trends, and company procedures
  • Attend trade shows and networking events on behalf of the company
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Generate new business leads and follow up on potential opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activity
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in account management, sales, or customer service
  • Experience managing a team of account managers
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Extensive network of contacts in the industry
