FX Trading Software Support Lead – New York City – Up to $100,000
Harrington Starr have partnered with a small but well-established FX trading software company who are hiring a Support Lead to manage a support desk of 2-3 people working alongside the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain relationships, and resolve any technical issues including implementation, configuration, testing, on-boarding, training, and ongoing software product support.
This will require a background of at least 4 years hands-on work experience in financial services or financial technology preferably having progressed into a Lead or Manager capacity, as well as experience in software support involving VBA, XML, FIX, and SQL, and a solid understanding of the FX markets.
