Harrington Starr are working with a well-established FX trading software company who are hiring a Team Lead for their Support function.
The role will involve resolving technical issues with the platform such as, investigative troubleshooting, configuration, client on-boarding and ongoing software support.

To be considered for the tole you should have the following skills and experience:
- 4 years technical support experience within financial services or financial technology
- Ideally you will have some leadership skills and experience
- You should have a solid understanding of the FX markets and ideally have worked with / supported FX trading platforms throughout your career
- You should have technical skills including: FIX messaging protocol, VBA, XM and SQL
