FIX Support Analyst, Trading Software Company, Columbia, Maryland
Our client, a highly successful trading software company based in Columbia, Maryland, is hiring for a FIX Support Analyst to join their Client Support team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team which prides itself on its customer service skills and reputation within the industry. You will be working in a small, cross-functional environment, gaining extensive exposure to a variety of clients including institutional buy side & sell side firms, portfolio managers (AUM $10M - $165B), funds, RIAs, family offices, and asset managers.
Candidates should have excellent communications skills for interacting directly with clients as well as at least a couple years of experience with FIX connectivity. Experience with scripting in SQL and troubleshooting TCP/IP connectivity is advantageous as well. Please note that this firm is not able to transfer or sponsor visas and would ideally like to hire candidates local to Columbia, Maryland or within the US and willing to interview onsite and then relocate at their own expense.
