Job: Application Support (Energy Trading)

Location: London

Salary £65,000 - £85,000 DOE

Harrington Starr is partnering with an award-winning global energy trading and risk management (ETRM) platform as they scale through exciting new client development

This position will offer you exposure like no other, with a modest sized team and structure you’ll gain autonomy and great progression!

Job: Application Support

You will perform detailed & meaningful diagnostic & troubleshooting to identify the root cause. If needed, you’ll escalate the issue internally, all whilst ensuring a platinum client experience, we’re seeking personable solution provider!

You’ll also have the opportunity for client facing in terms of training & integration after yourself having world class training.

We’re seeking candidates with the following:

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• A minimum of 3 years working in a trading environment with Energy (Oil, Gas Derivatives)
• ETRM
• Experience in Linux, SQL
• Good business knowledge
