Enterprise SaaS Technical Account Manager - NYC - Up to $100,000
Harrington Starr has partnered with a fast-growing Enterprise SaaS technology startup in a search for an Enterprise SaaS Technical Account Manager to be based in their New York City office to support their customers both from the office as well as at customer locations across the US. The Enterprise SaaS Technical Account Manager role is an excellent role for a junior DBA or SQL developer with strong communications skills for direct customer interaction and at least 3 years full-time work experience in a role using SQL on a regular basis while working with a B2B or Enterprise SaaS product.
The Enterprise SaaS Technical Account Manager role sits within a small team offering growth, high visibility for recognition, extensive customer interaction, and hands-on exposure to a B2B/Enterprise SaaS product in which the Enterprise SaaS Technical Account Manager will be involved with client onboarding, integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
