Up to 50,000 basic plus Double OTE

Our client is a hugely ambitious B2B SaaS Video Platform company, that has just completed their next round of investments and looking for someone to head up the growth of their enterprise portfolio. They are innovating the recruitment, HR and staffing industries from a global scale and personalising every recruitment process. 

The Role:

Due to dynamic growth and further investment into the business, they are now looking for an Enterprise Development Manager to join the team to grow relationships and develop business with enterprise level clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Head up Enterprise level clients
  • Execute sales plans according to monthly milestones and ACV targets
  • Develop new client opportunities with Enterprise businesses
  • Utilise Social Media, Networking and other sales methods to build relationships
  • Qualify opportunities thoroughly
  • Use Salesforce to report and analyse all activity
  • Communicate and negotiate both internally and externally
  • Build deep and consultative relationships with your client base



  • 5 + years’ experience in a recruitment background
  • Successful sales career within the SaaS sector / Recruitment sector
  • Ability to communicate with C suite clients
  • Experience Tech sector advantageous
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and an ability to implement it
