Job description
Job Overview Ninety One are embarking on a Digital Employee Experience program, which will require an End User Computing Engineer to come onboard. The focus for this role is largely on automation and leading
edge technologies to help drive a work smarter not harder approach. You will also have the opportunity to provide ideas into architectural design & concepts to support the business needs.

Key Responsibilities ? Implement solutions which drive automation to help reduce time spent by support teams, which will then in turn that time to work on innovation and service improvements. ? Create and maintain technical documentation ? Technical knowledge of EUC cloud services including Azure, Intune and MDM. ? Supporting a diverse global user population across 20+ countries, covering office locations, and remote users. ? Manage project work independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects. ? Production Incident/Problem/Change assessment and resolution. ? Automation, scripting, non-functional testing within the EUC area. ? Be a point of escalation, providing high-end technical support as appropriate ? Create and maintain technical documentation ? Continuous technology improvement ? You’ll have a flexible approach and be willing to provide cover for colleagues in the following areas: SCCM & Active Directory ? Have an eye on what’s current and what the future lies. |
