Director, Sales Operations

Director of Sales Operations for high-growth (Series A) B2B SaaS brand in the APM / Log Management ecosystem.

This individual will be responsible for all sales operations infrastructure from the ground up.

  • In partnership with SVP of Sales, develop the annual operating plans for the sales territories.
  • All aspects of sales planning, reporting, forecasting quota and management, sales process optimization, sales development, territory planning, and sales compensation.
  • Create scalable processes and workflows that are efficient and enable significant increases in ARR.
  • Attract, hire and develop a team to scale with the Sales organization.
  • Drive key programs such as the Quarterly sales plays.
  • Ensure Sales teams meet budget expectations.
  • Own all systems and tools related to sales processes with SFDC as the central hub.
  • Set operating cadence and reporting with Sales leadership to ensure execution against plan.
  • Influencing CRM and sales technology strategy to scale ahead of business needs.
