Sales Director - Enterprise Accounts
Salary - $140,000-$180,000 + Commission
North Starr's client is a Series B funded, disruptive SaaS business who are on real upward trajectory of growth. They are looking for an ambitious and proven Director of Sales to oversee a sales team who target enterprise sales accounts.
The role will be a combination of coaching, and growing the Account Executive team to achieve sales and win long term enterprise clients
The ideal hire will be a leader who loves to exceed customer expectations and is analytical in their approach in best practice. Our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions to an enterprise level customer base and can appreciate that integrations can involve lengthy sales cycles.
-A minimum of 4+ years of managing high achieving B2B Enterprise Sales teams
-Bachelor's degree educated
-The ability to lead, managing, motivate and grow a driven Account Executive team
-Proven record of identifying decision makers and C-Suite level customers for SaaS investments
-Previous successes in a B2B Enterprise sales environment
-An excellent communicator with a can do attitude
