Director of Marketing & Branding

My client is a rapidly growing digital banking company in the FinTech space and are looking to bring on a Director of Marketing and Branding. In this role you will be leading the marketing strategy alongside the CMO and being the key person in ensuring the penetration of the brand into the market place and brand management. They are Looking for someone who is quick to act, a creative thinker and an expert in Brand Development and the FinTech space. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Help to lead and grow the Marketing team, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, trade shows and events, brand positioning and create sales materials and collateral
  • Ensure that brand and company voice is consistent across all marketing initiatives, including social media and internal and external communications
  • Become a brand expert of their products globally and help to disperse and push forward their vision
  • Have a strong client facing and PR background and excellent communication skills  
  • Deep knowledge of being able to write compelling and articulate content to best resonate with the target audience


  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Financial Technology or Banking
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self starter
  • Ability to work cross functionally 
  • Leadership and people management experience
  • Strong track record of success of building and executing marketing process
