Director of Account Management – International Operations, LONDON/HYBRID

The Company: 

My client is an innovative technology solutions provider focused on Cyber Security, Hybrid Cloud, Global Network Management, Disaster Recovery and traditional Managed Services.

Overview:

The Director of Account Management – International Operations “DoAM” is responsible for driving revenue throughout all active customers within the EMEA & APAC regions. The focus of such revenue is largely derived from a structured technology business review “TBR” process which is designed to create the customer an annual IT roadmap based on their business needs and directives, whilst harvesting opportunities and driving and increase in MRR services.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
• Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Proven success in a managerial role.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
• Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
• Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) preferred.
• Five years of related experience required.
