A market-leading financial firm is looking for an Desktop Support Engineer (Windows, Server, Citrix, Active Directory, ITIL) to join their Dublin based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer with experience in industry to break into a first-rate organisation.

In this Desktop Support Engineer role (Windows, Server, Citrix, Active Directory, ITIL) you will be working in a team which provides support for all aspects of IT within this prestigious company. You will be responsible for delivering 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line desktop support services. You'll be ensuring the health of IT systems and ensuring they're maintained and managed in the best way possible.

To be considered for the Desktop Support Engineer role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Windows 10
  • Citrix / SCCM / Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL
  • Excellent Communication
