Desktop Support Engineer / End User Computing Engineer - City of London - Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM - £45,000

A leading payments firm based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a talented Desktop Support Engineer / End User Computing Engineer (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM). This is a customer facing role and for that reason my client is looking for someone who is proactive, uses their initiative and has great communication skills.

The successful Desktop Support Engineer / End User Computing Engineer (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM) must have experience providing 1st / 2nd / 3rd line Desktop Support and have the ability to build relationships with internal users. You will be responsible for liaising with other staff members to ensure quick issue resolution, play a role in operational projects and work with the service desk, Problem Management teams and other technology team.
