Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Analyst - Central London - Windows, Server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP - £55,000
A boutique Asset Management firm based in Central London is looking to hire a talented IT Support Analyst (Windows, Server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP) to be part of their growing technology department.
The successful IT Support Analyst (Windows, Server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP) must have experience providing 1st / 2nd / 3rd line Support and have the ability to build relationships with clients. You will be responsible for liaising with other staff members to ensure quick issue resolution, play a role in operational projects and work with the service desk, Problem Management teams and other technology team. You will be responsible for providing face-to-face support, so it is imperative that you are confident walking onto trading floors facing off to the business.
