Desktop Support Engineer – Desktop Support Analyst – City of London - Windows / Office / Mac / SCCM / PowerShell / ITIL / iOS / £55,000 - £65,000

Harrington Starr are working in collaboration with globally recognised investment management firm on the search of a talented Desktop Support Engineer. The successful applicant will become a part of the global desktop support team and will be required to provide support applications used within the business.

The successful Desktop Support Engineer will be required to provide remote support to users as well as 2nd line support (Microsoft) and configuration of both desktop and mobile devices.

The skill-set required for this Desktop Support Engineer role:

  • Windows and Mac OS experience
  • Microsoft SCCM
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell)
  • Windows, Exchange and SQL knowledge
  • Bloomberg/Reuters
  • Trade floor support experience (desirable)
