Support Engineer / Desktop Support Analyst - City of London - Windows, Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP - £40,000
A global financial organisation based near Bank is currently looking to build out their Desktop Support Team by hiring a talented Support Analyst (Windows, Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP).
The successful Support Analyst (Windows, Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory, MS Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, TCP/IP) must have experience providing 1st / 2nd / 3rd line Desktop Support and have the ability to build relationships with internal users. You will be responsible for liaising with other staff members to ensure quick issue resolution, play a role in operational projects and work with the service desk, Problem Management teams and other technology team.
To be considered for Support Engineer / Desktop Support Analyst you will require the following skill-set:
- Windows
- Server 2008 / 2012
- Exchange 2010 / 2013
- Active Directory
- VMware
- Excellent Communication
