End User Support Engineer / Senior Desktop Support Engineer – West London – Windows, Exchange, Citrix, TCP/IP - £70,000

A globally recognised Investment Firm based in the West London is currently looking to hire a talented End User Support Engineer / Senior Desktop Support Engineer. In this role you will be providing technical support and administration for software, hardware and connectivity.

Daily responsibilities will include: identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Escalating issues and facilitating user assistance. Configuring and repairing work stations and project involvement.

To be considered for the End User Support Engineer / Senior Desktop Support Engineer role you will require the following skill-set:

  • Solid background in Desktop Support
  • Windows
  • Exchange
  • Citrix
  • Active Directory
