Desktop Support Engineer – Desktop Support Analyst – London - Windows / Office / Mac / AWS / Azure - £30,000 to £40,000

North Starr are working in collaboration with globally recognised cloud technology organisation on the search of a talented Desktop Support Engineer. The successful applicant will become a part of the global desktop support team and will be required to provide support to applications used within the business.

The successful Desktop Support Engineer will be required to provide remote support to users as well as 2nd line support (Microsoft) and configuration of both desktop and mobile devices.

The skill-set required for this Desktop Support Engineer role:

  • Windows and Mac OS experience
  • Windows, Exchange knowledge
  • Linux OS
  • AWS / Azure knowledge
