Desktop Support Analyst – Desktop Support Engineer – City of London – Active Directory / Windows / Office 365 - £30,000 to £35,000

Harrington Starr are working in collaboration with a leading vendor in the City of London on the search of a Desktop Support Engineer. The successful applicant will be required to have a proactive approach to IT and will be required to be involved in task such as ticketing and projects.

The Desktop Support Engineer will also be involved in day to day task involving system updates, setting up systems for new hires and replacing PC’s.

The skill set required for the Desktop Support Engineer role:

  • Active Directory experience
  • Degree in Technology subject
  • 2 years’ experience in desktop support in a Windows environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Flexible working schedule
