Desktop Support Analyst – Amsterdam – Windows / Mac OS / Office 365 / Service Now / Networking / Infrastructure / Active Directory – 50,000 Euro’s

Harrington Starr are working in collaboration with a globally recognised financial firm on the search for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their IT operations team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The successful Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for support to end-users to help resolve IT technical issues that might occur (1st and 2nd line) to help the smooth running of the business.

The Desktop Support Analyst will be the first point of contact providing telephone, email and walk up support and will be required to identify and troubleshoot desktop issues (Windows and Mac OS).

The skill set required for the Desktop Support Analyst role:

  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Understanding of mobile devices
  • Knowledge of network configuration
  • Knowledge and understanding of desktop/laptop/telephony hardware
  • Experience working in a faced paced environment
  • IT certifications
