Desktop Support Analyst – Windows – Finance -  ITIL – MS Office - £50,000

A leading financial firm based in West London is looking for a talented Desktop Support Analyst (Windows, Finance, ITIL, MS Office) to join their already established team.My client is looking for a proactive problem- solving support professional, with excellent communication skills and experience working with all levels of the business. You will be expected to have excellent Windows experience, an interest within the finance market and extensive software and desk side technical support.

The successful Desktop Support Analyst will be a troubleshooting expert, with knowledge of Citrix, ITIL and MS Office. Working in a fast paced environment, the ability to prioritise is essential, delivering excellent face to face support and taking ownership of this position is key.

Skills and experience needed for this Desktop Support Analyst role:

  • Experience in Windows Support
  • Excellent communication skills, delivering support to all levels of the business
  • ITIL knowledge
  • A passion for problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Team work mentality
