Desktop Support Analyst - 1st Line - Financial Services

My client a leading Financial Services business requires a 1st Line Desktop Support Analyst to work in their London office.

You will be responsible for dealing with all 1st Line tickets and small projects in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have Windows 7 Desktop experience including PC Set ups, Dealing with Windows 7 Support Queries, Mobile Email Account Set ups (iOS, Blackberry and Android), Printers and Video Conference set ups.
