Desktop Support Analyst, Trading firm, NYC, Up to $100,000 base
Harrington Starr's client, a top trading firm, is hiring for a Desktop Support Analyst in the NYC area. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support in a fast-paced trading floor environment covering various shifts as beginning as early as 7 am and ending as late as 6 pm, with occasional on-call support.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and at least 2 years of experience in a professional environment supporting hardware and software including Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and PCs/laptops. Experience with Cisco CallManager and market data/trading platforms such as Bloomberg or Reuters is highly beneficial.
