Data Analyst - Reward & Benefits - Contract - London (Hybrid)

We are looking for a HR Data Analyst who will work within the remunerations team of a FS client of ours who will analyze which staff are meeting objectives and then focus on the rewards and benefits they should be receiving.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Analysing key measures of success include meeting the remuneration and broader data plans: bonus, salary reviews, market benchmarking, salary bands.
• Utilise MI, key metrics and Insight to manage and enhance the remuneration plan delivery.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the reward and broader HR team.

ESSENTIAL:

• You must be CIPD HR Qualified
• Work experience in HR data analysis
• Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of remuneration information, HR data and the process.

You will be working closely with HR Business Partners and so should have good communication ability
