Job description
Harrington Starr are seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst for a global tier one financial services to be based out of their Houston hub. We are seeking passionate and curious individuals who can work alongside the global cyber function to protect the digital estate of the business.Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Serving as an all-source threat intelligence analyst.
- Provide analysis to the business on threat actors and the latest threat actor techniques.
- Triage of security incidents where there is a threat intelligence/ data leak emphasis.
- Use of multiple tools and techniques to ascertain information.
- Work with the bank's customers where there are inquiries of customer related threats in the FS sector.
- Experience in a cyber role with a strong threat intelligence focus, coupled with experience of forensics, security engineering and operations.
- Strong understanding of the MITRE attack framework, Cyber Kill Chain and Diamond Model of intrusion analysis.
- Experience of advanced/ well-honed research into the latest cyber threats.
- Any certs including CISSP, SEH, GSEC or SANS training/ qualifications highly desirable.
