Harrington Starr's client, a financial software company based in NYC, is hiring for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (up to 3 years' experience). They can interview by video and have someone start remotely, although the role will ultimately be based onsite in the NYC office.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communications skills (able to speak on the phone with customers and write good emails). Motivation, professionalism, and the ability to multitask are essential. Previous experience in a business-to-business (B2B) software support setting (especially in financial services) is ideal.
