The company

A growing provider of SaaS equity analytics solutions that help Investment Managers to make better equity and ETF investment decisions is looking to recruit a customer success specialist/account manager to join their team in London (City). The business was funded by a former Portfolio Manager who previously built and sold another high-profile analytics business. In a market space where Investment Managers are seeking fresh insight to help generate better returns for their customers, my client’s solutions have demonstrated a clear return on investment for their existing customers.

The role

  • Supporting the sales and account management team with ad hoc tasks as required during the sales process
  • Dealing with queries and issues from buyside clients
  • Providing demonstrations and presentations to clients on the solutions and new features available
  • Training clients on solutions
  • Attending networking events and exhibitions promoting the companies offering
  • Hold regular workshops with clients to find any issues of pain points and relaying to the relevant teams to help solve any issues
  • Upselling into existing accounts where possible
  • Develop and execute retention strategies
  • Keep clients satisfied keeping retentions high


  • Previous experience working with buyside clients a must
  • Understanding of Equities and ETF’s (indices will also be considered)
  • Comfortable holding demonstrations/presentations and answering technical questions on the product
  • Proactive and hungry to learn
