As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

- Technical Expertise:
- Leverage your technical background to understand the intricacies of the solution and effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to address client requirements, issues, and enhancements.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collect client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide market insights to help shape our product roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell potential.
- Prepare and present regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Technology, or related disciplines).
- Proven experience in client services or account management, with a background in the investment community, including exchanges, ATS, sell-side, hedge funds, or asset managers.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex fintech solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
