Job Overview:

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join the team. As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with professionals in the investment community while leveraging your technical expertise to deliver exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients 
  • Understand clients' business goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Leverage your technical background to understand the intricacies of the solution and effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to address client requirements, issues, and enhancements.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collect client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and enhancement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide market insights to help shape our product roadmap.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell potential.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Technology, or related disciplines).
  • Proven experience in client services or account management, with a background in the investment community, including exchanges, ATS, sell-side, hedge funds, or asset managers.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex fintech solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
