Customer Success Manager – Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, Start-up, Equity

£70,000 - £90,000 + quarterly bonus potential + equity potential + benefits

The company

Rapidly growing provider of SaaS based, artificial intelligence analytics solutions used by professional traders and analysts is looking to hire their first ever Head of Customer Success. They have recently completed their series A funding round and are now looking to quickly scale up the business. They have honed their platform over the last couple of years and are now able to provide unrivalled analytics to their customers.

The role

  • Working with customers during the trial period – ensuring they know how to use the platform and get the full experience during
  • Ensure they are engaged and understand the benefits of the platform to their trading activity
  • Work with sales to convert trial customers to fully paying ones
  • Provide feedback on the platform to the product team to develop and enhance the platform
  • Eventually – recruit, train, mentor and manage a customer success team, projected to be 3 over the next 12 months and 6-9 over the next 24 months
  • Develop and implement best practice for the customer success management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success management at a software/SaaS/data vendor
  • Track record of building and developing a customer success team
  • Preferably with experience at a start-up
  • Understanding of trading and/or market data
