Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand clients' business goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Leverage your technical background to understand the intricacies of the solution and effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to address client requirements, issues, and enhancements.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
Provide training and guidance to clients on how to maximize the value of our solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Collect client feedback and insights to contribute to product development and enhancement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide market insights to help shape our product roadmap.
Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and upsell potential.
Prepare and present regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Technology, or related disciplines).
Proven experience in client services or account management, with a background in the investment community, including exchanges, ATS, sell-side, hedge funds, or asset managers.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex fintech solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
