Customer Success Lead - Alternative Investment

Harrington Starr are working with a leading provider of SaaS Data Solutions for the Alternative Investment space.  Our client is looking hire someone to head up and build out the New York based customer success team.

The role will involve but will not be limited to the following:

  • Working closely with clients and users to understand how they are interacting with and using the products
  • Ensure that the users ate getting then most out of product
  • Work closely with internal teams to feedback on market intelligence

This is an exciting opportunity to join a start up FinTech company.  This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where you will have autonomy to build out and lead a team.  There will also be the opportunity for an Equity stake in the business further down the line.

To be consider for the role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong background working in a customer Success role within the Alternative Investment Space
  • You should have a good understanding of SaaS applications for the Alternative Investment space
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills are essential
